We work for tips!

   Yes, mobile auto detailing is a service industry. We often fight traffic to get to you, pay extra special attention to detail when we service your vehicle (hence the name O.C.Detailing) and make sure everything is done right while providing the best customer service possible. We ask that you tip our guys whatever you may think they deserve.

All appointments are subject to change

     Although we rarely cancel appointments out of the ordinary, mother nature isn't always on our side. If it is raining or for other obvious unknown reasons, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment at any time. If this does happen, we will inform you most likley by phone call.  

 

We schedule in two hour time windows and must be notified atleast 24hrs before you want to schedule an appointment

     All of our appointments are scheduled in two hour time windows. We cannot guarantee that we will arrive at a specific time in most instances with traffic the way it is here in Austin, and some jobs taking more time than usual at times. Only special requests are taken into consideration when mentioned by the customer if they need us at a specific time. Typically in those situations, we will reserve the whole day for big jobs, or schedule first in line at request for the day. We ask that we be notified at least 24hrs in advance to schedule. We usually schedule at the end of the work day. 

 

We call upon route to provided address

     We call upon route to our customers. We do this so we can verify that we have access to do the service on the vehicle, home, or office requested. In previous instances, we have pulled up to jobsites where there was no sign of the customer after driving through horrific traffic to get there. We do so to save time and fuel. Typically, we will head to the next job scheduled if we don't hear back from the customer within 30 minutes.
